1993 & Company began with an 1874 brick building in the heart of historic Downtown Henderson—and a vision for a different kind of wedding day.

After more than a decade of owning and operating our sister venue, North Star Farm Event Center, we wanted to create something smaller, more intimate, and completely unique.

A place that feels less like a traditional event venue and more like gathering your favorite people for an unforgettable evening at a beautiful dinner club.

Our building at 501 Main Street was originally home to Sibley County Bank and has been part of Downtown Henderson for more than 150 years. Located at the intersection of Highways 19 & 93, it also gave us the inspiration for our name—1993 & Company.

​

We’ve taken everything we’ve learned from more than a decade in the wedding industry and built it into the experience here. From planning and coordination to décor, setup, and the flow of the day, the details are thoughtfully handled so our couples can focus on what matters most.

 

Our goal is simple: beautiful, intimate weddings where you can actually enjoy being married.
