What does the 2027 Founders Pricing start at?
2027 Founders Pricing ranges from $3,400 to $3,900, depending on your date. Your venue rental includes much more than the building itself: thoughtful planning support, day-of coordination, tables and chairs, curated décor, venue setup, and cleanup of 1993 & Company items.Â
Can we really host a beautiful wedding starting around $5,000?
Many couples plan their venue, meal and couple-hosted beverages for around $5,000, depending on their choices. Founders Pricing begins at $3,400, catering starts around $14 per person, and you choose the drinks you'd like to host--without a required bar package or venue markup. Photography, DJ, florals, attire and other personal vendors are selected separately.Â
What is included with our wedding rental?
Your wedding includes use of our ceremony, reception, getting-ready, and beverage spaces; table and chairs; selected décor and accent pieces; planning guidance; day-of coordination; and setup and cleanup of included venue furnishings and décor. It is a thoughtfully handled wedding experience--not simply an empty room rental. Â
Can we personalize or elevate our wedding décor or dining experience?
Absolutely. Our included décor creates a beautiful, finished foundation. For couples who would like a more layered dining experience, optional services can include charger plates, linen napkins, coordinated table styling, water service, and other thoughtful details.

These upgrades are individually priced and completely optional, allowing you to choose the level of detail that feels right. Your caterer handles the meal service; our elevated offerings focus on creating a more polished, memorable table experience without requiring you to source, set up, and take down every piece yourself.Â

Personal touches such as bouquets, a guest book, card box and a few signs are always welcome. We will take down these basic items towards the end of the celebration for no additional charge.Â

For additional personal décor--such as table décor, personal centerpieces, numerous signs, or custom displays--a Personal Décor Takedown Fee applies. This covers the added staff time needed to move, pack, and reset the venue at the end of the night.Â

If you would like our team to set out your personal décor, Personal Décor Setup Service is available for an additional fee. We will review your decor plan during planning and confirm all applicable fees in advance, so there are no surprises.Â
How does food work?
Choose from our trusted catering partners, with meal options beginning at $14 per person. You work directly with your caterer to choose a meal that fits your celebration. There are no required food-and-beverage minimums and no venue markup added to your bill. For cocktail hour, you are welcome to bring individually packaged, shelf-stable snacks or work with your caterer for appetizers. Cupcakes or similar desserts are welcome, and late-night pizza is always a fun option.Â
What do we need to bring for our hosted bar?
You bring the beverages you would like to serve--beer, wine, seltzers, spirits, pop, and water. We provide the dedicated self-serve beverage area, coolers, and bar supplies, while your day-of coordinator handles setup and cleanup of the space.Â

Alcohol is host-provided and self-served only in the designated beverage area. Guests must be 21 or older to consume alcohol. Guests may not bring their own alcohol. No bartender is provided. Guests cannot pour drinks for the group.Â
What is the maximum guest count?
1993 & Company accommodates up to 85 guests. The venue is intentionally designed for intimate, primarily adult celebrations--more like gathering your favorite people for a dinner party than hosting a large banquet.Â
When is wedding-day access available?
Wedding-day access is from 12 PM to 10 PM. We intentionally designed this as a fully supported wedding-day--not a venue you need to rent for the entire weekend just to set up and take down.

Our team prepares the included furnishings and décor, handles the flow of the day, and keeps the end of the evening moving smoothly. That means less work for you and more time to be present with your people.

Our standard access window helps keep your venue investment focused on your celebration itself. If you would like more time, extra hours may be added based on availability.Â
Do you provide sound equipment?
Outside DJs provide their own sound equipment. DJs from our recommended list may use the venue's speaker system; all DJs remain responsible for microphones and any additional equipment needed.Â
Do you provide planning and coordination?
Yes. From booking through your wedding day, we help with your timeline, floor plan, logistics, vendor communication, and the flow of your wedding day. Our team helps keep everything moving smoothly so you can be present with your people.Â
